I’m so angry! I went to buy a large amount of sweet potatoes for a family function. As I sat in my line having the young lady ring them up! She rang them up at $1.44per pound! The sign stated $1.44 each! After she told me I was wrong at that price….she stated per pound an I was again wrong not each! I went a took a picture, she called the manager over who said I COULD NOT HAVE THEM …at that price because there was no way to ring them up.
Told me to leave if I didn’t want to pay the correct price.
Horrible customer service from Crystal at Auto Center. Came in 8/12/23 to do a warranty on a battery I had purchased before. Crystal said she couldn't do the warranty exchange because it didn't show up in the system. So I asked why it's not coming up and she accused me of stealing it. She was very rude and unprofessional.
I contacted Walmart corporate and they said they would talk to her.
Today 10/7/23 I went in to pick up a battery I purchased online and do a core return. The people at the auto department referred me to customer service at the other side of the store. Customer service referred me back to Auto dept. Seems like no one knew the process to pick up and do a core refund. The auto guy called in the supervisor Crystal. Crystal approached me with a smug look, looked me up and down and said "what do you need". I explained to her I purchased a battery and needed to do a pick up and a core refund. With attitude she told me she couldn't help and that I needed to go to "pick ups" next to the grocery dept. I then asked her why her attitude was bad and that she needed to tone it down as she works in customer service and no one is giving her attitude. She then proceeded to tell me she didn't have to do anything. Then I asked her if she remembered me and if she got a call from corporate on customer service. She laughed and left.
This type of behavior is unacceptable, this is the 3rd battery I purchase from this location and the customer service from Crystal is rude and disgusting. I would of been fired if spoke to customers like this at my job. This speaks very poorly of Walmart and how they treat their customers as Crystal represents Walmart whenever she is wearing the uniform.
Seems like the only remedy is for me to stop buying batteries from this place. As management will not do anything to address Crystals attitude.
I was able to complete my order through Zack as he was able to do the core refund.
Unfortunately the damage is done and I am done with batteries from Walmart.
This is honestly the BEST Walmart I’ve ever been to! It is clean, organized and has an intense variety of items. Surprisingly there was more than one employee at the check out registers. The employees that we did interact with were extremely friendly and sweet! Overall it was a wonderful experience to shop here!
I have a love hate relationship with Walmart. I am here at least a couple of times a week. I go for the low prices, but don't like the lighting or the crowds. I will continue to go because of the process, although I cannot believe how high Fritos chips have got. A couple of years ago they were $2.50, now $4.49. I'm not buying anymore of those!
Walmart is my favorite one-stop-shop. They're prices aren't outrageous, and they usually have what you need. In the event that they do not, I recommend using their wonderful app! Super user-friendly, and you can find what's not in store and have it shipped to your front door.
